With a combined population of around 100,000, Palms and Mar Vista are urban neighborhoods with a wide array of different types of businesses.
Known for its accessibility and convenience, Palms and Mar Vista are close to the beach, LAX, Downtown L.A. and all of the more exclusive areas of the Westside.
