Achievements:
Julia began her inspiring career by becoming a multi-million dollar producer in sales her first year. Julia is a member of the Coldwell Banker President's Circle, an association of the Top 10% of all Coldwell Banker Internationally, and she is on track to achieve the Coldwell Banker President's Elite award.
Professional Experience
Over 14 years of experience in corporate and commercial real-estate finance, including retail, entertainment, banking and hotel management. Julia started her professional career as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with the Big 4 CPA firms as an auditor with Ernst and Young, and then went on to KPMG Peat Marwick International Tax Division. After obtaining her California CPA license, she moved on to the private sector of corporate America including Washington Mutual, Paramount Pictures, and Williams Sonoma, managing the Capital Investments, Leasing Function, and REO loans. Julia's focus however has always been in real estate, and her clients now benefit directly from her extensive experience and her professional background. Technically literate, Julia provides a wealth of online and internet-based services, bringing a high-tech advantage to help each client reach their goals faster and more efficiently.

Personal:
Julia's hobbies include Japanese Tea Ceremony, Feng Shui, and ceramics, and her husband John is an Animation Supervisor on feature films. However, he is also her "silent partner" as her in-house graphic designer, creating her flyers, web design, newsletters and more. As a professional artist, John brings a balance to their relationship, providing the counterpoint to Julia's financial background. Together, they have a unique synergy that benefits both their friends and clients alike.
